Q&A – Roxi Adore

Can you tell us a few words about yourself?

I’m Roxi Adore, a femme fat 30something sex worker, wife, and mother. I love traveling, taking baths, reading, and sloths.

How and when did you decide to start a sex blog?

I have always loved sex toys and I am a writer, so it just went hand in hand. Plus, I like to put healthy information out there that some people might be too embarrassed to write about. I don’t embarrass easily at all and I have quite a bit of experience with adult toys.

We saw some sex toys reviews on your blog. What are your favorites? And why?

I am a huge fan of Sola and Njoy brands. My favorite wand is the Sola Sync Massager! I have had it a couple years now and its still my go to wand because it has the perfect flex handle to fit in my hand and on my body.

Other wands are so hard and do not bend at all. Plus, the Sola Sync has lots of power and just feels amazing. Every single item I have from Sola is absolutely worth the price- high quality, durable, comfortable and powerful.

Another brand I love is Njoy. They offer several diverse sleek metal toys. These are more for an experienced person and will last you a lifetime.

Did you review any other interesting products that are not sex toys but are somehow related?

I love trying new lingerie for plus size babes like myself. The body positive community is important to me and helps me in so many ways. Showcasing some of my favorite lingerie is the least I can do to give back.

We all want to slip on something sexy from time to time. I just happen to take photos in my sexy items.

Can you tell us a bit about your modeling? Share some shoots you love.

I have been modeling over 10 years, starting more in the pin-up genre. Over the years I have branched out and do fashion, lingerie, erotic, nude, and more. Really whatever style makes me feel good and lets me be creative I will do! I love being nude and am most comfortable nude. This shocks people, especially because I’m fat, but its true. My absolute favorite shoots are outdoors in the nude.

I don’t have to hassle with straps or things ridding up, I just move my body and create. I feel the best when I am outside putting myself on display. Its not even sexual, it’s me feeling free.

One of my favorite shoots was on a beach in Malibu with legendary Isaiah Mays. We planned to do a bikini shoot, but it turned into full nude after deciding we both wanted to risk it. I felt so gorgeous, so real, so alive being part of this fabulous landscape while naked and hiding from tourists. I wish I could do that everyday!

If we talk about exploring sexuality, do you have any advice for your readers? How to learn and try more?

I think communication is key! I used to be shy when I was first sexually active. But I quickly learned many of my partners were nervous and didn’t know what they were doing either. If people talk, say what feels good and what doesn’t, then there will be no guessing.

Also, things take time. Over time I have gained confidence and gained a voice. Learn to be comfortable by yourself naked, pleasuring yourself alone before trying to add another person to the mix.
