So today I’ll be talking about something a bit different.

Design
Duo came in a very nice and sturdy box. It looks elegant at first glance.
The toy is soft and smooth, made with body-safe silicone. And I just adore the deep red color.
The toy itself is pretty big but it looks elegant, sleek, and luxurious. Especially with that golden crown.
I like the fact that there’s an extra stimulator head in different size, since we all know that every body is different.
And even though we store all of our toys in organizer boxes I like to have appropriate pouches for each toy because I feel like they’re the cleanest that way and always ready to use. I really like this pouch.
It’s soft, it looks elegant, and adding the little charms and small whip is something that I wasn’t expecting but it made me happy.

Duo is 100% waterproofed and it comes with a 5-year warranty. Womanizer Duo weighs around 2 pounds (900g).
The total length is around 8 inches (20cm) with 4 inches (10cm) of insertable length and 1.25 inches of the insertable thickness (around 3cm).

One thing I really dislike is the charger. It’s a regular USB charger with magnetic pins. But my problem is the fact that the connection is not strong.
This means if Duo isn’t placed in some perfect position the charger keeps falling off.
Also, there is no light to tell you if the device is charged which is annoying. For such a pricey toy I think this part could have been better.
It has 12 intensity levels on both motors and 10 vibration patterns.
How does Duo work
Duo has a couple of pretty cool features:
Smart Silence Technology – Duo is only active when the stimulation head comes into contact with the skin. The second you move it it stops. This feature can also be turned off but I will definitely keep it because I like it a lot.
Standby mode – that’s basically when you move it away from your skin but it can also be manually reached in case I turn off the Smart Silence feature or I don’t want to move the toy but just stop it for a second before round 2.
If Duo isn’t in use for more than 10 minutes, it automatically switches off.
It’s pretty quiet on the lowest setting. It does get louder with higher intensity levels and I wouldn’t call it quiet. I would say it’s actually pretty loud.
How I used Womanizer Duo
I started with lube – water-based lube. (if you’re looking for really good lubes, check Good Clean Love lubricants)
Silicone-based lubes as well as alcohol-based lubes and massage oils are not recommended by the manufacturer.
The insertable part is pretty flexible and it was easy to insert. The suction head came a bit above my clit so I lifted my clitoral hood and found a good position. Once the suction started I didn’t have to use my hands anymore.
It was easy for me to hold Duo in place but it wasn’t easy to move the toy. I tried rocking it but didn’t get a lot of sensation from it.
I feel like the insertable part of the toy is there more to squeeze my vaginal muscles around it than to thrust it.
When pushed further in to reach my G-spot, I pressed my legs to hold Duo firmly in place and let it do its job. I love that I don’t have to use both of my hands because it gives me more room to play with my nipples.
Orgasm comes very fast and this toy is perfect for reaching multiple O’s.
When Luka joined the play I enjoyed it maybe too much because he was sucking on my nipples and holding Duo in place. Definitely my favorite part of the play.

What else did I notice while playing with Duo?

Changing intensity levels and vibration modes gave me a hard time at the beginning. Since there’s a lot of buttons it’s hard to know which one to press while in ecstasy.
I don’t see this as a negative thing because it just takes a couple of plays to get used to it.
I have to say that in my opinion Duo is not suitable for everyone’s anatomy. By this I mean that even though Duo allows some repositioning (in my case lifting my clitoral hood to reach the suction head), that won’t be enough for some bodies.
I know that some vagina owners have a problem with rabbit vibrators. Meaning it’s hard for them to find the right placement of the clitoral stimulating part of the mentioned vibrators. And unfortunately, I think they will have the same problem with Duo.
Overall
Womanizer Duo is a beautiful and elegant toy. It has a couple of pretty awesome features. And it’s just amazing that we can finally have a suction toy and a vibrator in one toy that delivers wonderful orgasms.
So it doesn’t come as a surprise that Duo is pricey. With the high price, it is in fact a luxury toy and it’s not suitable for every budget.
