Nothosaur Gocapa Review

I’ve already mentioned that I’m in my fantasy era—books, TV shows, movies, the whole thing—so it only makes sense that my sex toys would follow the same theme.

Things we like about Nothosaur Gocapa

As always, the attention to detail is impressive. The silicone is soft, stretchy, and comfortable, and the knot transforms my partner’s cock into something straight out of a fantasy. It offers just the right amount of challenge when taking it, without feeling like too much.

At times an air bubble can form inside, which makes putting it on—and keeping it positioned—more difficult. Because there’s no texture on the inside, it also doesn’t feel particularly stimulating for the person wearing it.

Gocapa comes in three sizes—small, medium, and large—and the one we played with is the medium.

Out of the total 5.1 inches (13 cm) of external usable length, the internal length is 4.7 inches (12 cm).

The head measures 3.8 cm / 1.5 in in thickness, while the knot reaches 5.1 cm / 2.0 in. The sleeve itself has a wall thickness of 0.6 cm / 0.2 in.

The internal shaft tunnel is 2.3 cm / 0.9 in wide, and the ballsack ring is 2.5 cm / 1.0 in wide.

All of these measurements are without accounting for stretch. Since Gocapa is made from soft, flexible silicone, it’s firm enough for insertion yet stretchy enough to accommodate different lengths and girths.

When choosing a size, it’s important to check every measurement on their website—especially internal length and width—to make sure it will fit well. Also keep in mind that the silicone is very soft and stretchy, so it can work for larger cocks too.

But if the sleeve is too big, it will shift during use and the wearer’s sensation will be reduced.

Gocapa is available in multiple color options, and we chose Moon Knight. I’m really happy with this color—not only is it beautiful, but it fits the whole fantasy theme perfectly.

Nothosaur Gocapa features

The head is nicely pronounced and tapered at the top, which really helps with easy insertion.

The transition into the shaft is definitely noticeable. The shaft is only slightly narrower just below the head before it begins to thicken.

After that, the knot expands significantly and then narrows quite drastically toward the bottom of the shaft.

There’s also a pronounced bump on the underside that runs from the head all the way to the knot, adding to the overall texture.

At the base, set at an angle, is the ball ring—simple in shape but decorated with small bumps and ridges along the sides.

The entire shaft is covered in pronounced veins that run throughout.

Our experience using Nothosaur Gocapa

We had a bit of trouble getting the toy on at first. When Luka tried sliding his dick inside, an air bubble kept forming, which made it difficult for him to push all the way through.

We tried again while he wasn’t fully erect, and that worked much better. Once he was inside, we worked him up to a full erection.

The ball ring did its job well, and once we positioned the toy correctly, it stayed in place without any slipping.

For me, the moment he was fully hard, it felt incredible. I could feel every ridge and bump along the shaft, and the knot stretched me in the most delicious way.

Unfortunately, it wasn’t as good for Luka. Because there’s no texture on the inside, he wasn’t feeling nearly as much as I was.

The upside, though, is that he could last longer—which isn’t exactly a bad thing in my book.

How to clean Nothosaur Gocapa?

When washing Gocapa with warm water and mild soap, make sure to clean both the outside and the inside thoroughly.

The internal tunnel, as well as the ridges, veins, and bumps on the exterior, can trap residue if they’re not scrubbed gently and carefully.

You can dry Gocapa with a soft, lint-free towel or let it air-dry completely. Even if you towel it off, it’s a good idea to leave it out afterward so any remaining moisture—especially inside the sleeve—can fully evaporate.

For a deeper clean, Gocapa is completely safe to boil. Doing this occasionally is great for a full sanitization, between partners, or anytime you want to give the toy a thorough refresh.

Special considerations when using Nothosaur Gocapa?

People with limited hand strength, arthritis, joint pain, or fine-motor limitations may find it difficult to squeeze out the air while guiding the penis through the tunnel. The ball ring also requires a bit of maneuvering, which can be harder for those with reduced dexterity.

The knot on Gocapa expands significantly and creates intentional fullness and pressure. For individuals with pelvic pain, vaginismus, sensitive tissue, or conditions that make deep pressure uncomfortable, the knot may feel more intense than expected.

Because Gocapa’s internal tunnel has no texture, it provides minimal sensation for the person wearing it. For individuals with reduced penile sensitivity, neuropathy, or conditions that make it difficult to maintain arousal without stimulation, the smooth interior may not feel engaging.

Final words

Gocapa was definitely something new and fun to try, and I absolutely adore how it looks and feels.

I do think some of Nothosaur’s penis sleeves with an open tip work a bit better when it comes to placement.

This was one of those experiences where I felt like I got much more out of it than he did, so it’s not something we’d reach for often—more of an occasional treat.
