Review: Gvibe Candy Pink

In the past couple of years I reviewed butt plugs, suction toys, Kegel balls and a bunch of different types of restraints. But somehow an old-school, classical vibrator never found its way to my collection.

I’m delighted to announce that this is about to change. 

It seems absurd that the only vibrator I have is the one I got from my girlfriend as a joke present 10 years ago.

You know that simple rabbit vibrator that operates on batteries? Yup, that’s the one.

And I’m not even ashamed to admit that I haven’t used it in forever. At one point it just stopped bringing me joy. 

Gvibe3 Candy Pink – the vibrator that took its place is anything but old school. It’s a third-generation sex toy with double simultaneous stimulation.

Firstly I wanna say that I really appreciate when manufacturers are innovative and different with not only their product but also with packaging.

Without even getting to the vibrator itself I notice the effort to elegantly present this product. 

 

Another thing that makes me like Gvibe instantly is the instruction pamphlet. I know, such a weird thing to notice. But just look at how amazing these illustrations are.

What makes Gvibe Candy Pink different

I would say design as that is the first noticeable feature. Candy Pink’s body is 4 inches (10 cm) thick in circumference. The tips are V-shaped and are 3 inches (7.62 cm) thick (each) in circumference.  

At first, the tips seem firm but they are actually very soft and flexible. It’s easy to adjust them to specific needs I might have. Meaning vaginal-anal, vaginal-clitoral, or any other combinations. 

The toy is 6.69 (17)  inches long in total while the tips are 3.5 inches (9 cm) long.

Another thing that makes Gvibe Candy Pink different is the fact that its shape adapts to each anatomy individually, including male anatomy which we absolutely love. 

Technical specifications

Candy Pink has three motors – 1 in each tip and 1 in the shaft. With 2 hours of charging I can get 4 hours of play. And it doesn’t matter on which speed setting I use it because speed doesn’t affect the battery life. 

The charger is magnetic and while it seems cool I think the charger is a bit too short so I have to be careful how and where I wanna charge it so it doesn’t slip out. 

Made out of hypoallergenic medical silicone this toy really is silky soft and 100% waterproof. It also comes with a 3-year warranty which is always a welcomed addition. 

There are 3 buttons on the handle – +, – and vibration mode buttons. There are 6 vibration modes with plenty of strengths.

Notice that I said strengths because It feels to me that the + button changes the strength rather than speed. I would say it’s more than enough. 

I like the hook-alike handle because I like to occasionally hang my toys in the bathroom. Please tell me that I’m not the only one. 

I also find it practical to use because I can hold the hook with my forefinger and use my thumb to change strength and modes. 

Last thing I want to mention is the white pouch that comes with the toy. Even though it seems a bit boring to me, it’s good that it’s white so it’s so much easier to clean it.

Don’t make fun of me but I kinda like to wash it in a pot on the stove. (Just kidding – feel free to make fun of me)

How I used Gvibe Candy Pink

I didn’t want Luka involved in this one. Since I haven’t played with a vibrator in so long I wanted to do it old school. Alone in the bedroom and under the covers. 

I started by slowly pinching my nipples over the shirt. Then took my boobs out of the shirt and licked my finger.

I was playing with my nipples for as long as it took to make my pussy dripping wet. Avoiding my clit always makes me shaky and incredibly horny. 

When I started breathing heavily, I knew it was time to take my undies off. I was slowly caressing my clitoris with one tip and stretching my entrance with the other tip.

I loved how the tips opened up inside of me building pressure both on my G-spot but also my anal wall. I love this pressure on both sides. It makes me feel filled.

I was fucking myself by just slightly moving the toy. My clit was throbbing almost like it was begging me to touch it. 

By slowly pulling the Candy Vibe out I changed the toy to penetrate with one tip and rubbing my clit with the other one. Unsurprisingly I came instantly.

The double stimulation is very important to me since I can’t really cum without stimulating my clitoris.

However, when used like this Candy Pink doesn’t really reach my G-spot. I do think this is because the tips aren’t long enough and the tip that should massage my G-spot is in fact turned away from G-spot.  

I also feel like its tips are too short for rough double penetration. I mean it feels nice but I prefer rough over nice and would appreciate some extra length. 

Luka’s 2 cents on the topic

Milton Glaser said: ‘’There are three responses to a piece of design: yes, no and WOW! Wow is the one to aim for,’’ and wow is exactly what I said when we pulled the toy out from the tube-shaped box.

I think that every company that tries to push the envelope deserves (at least) a virtual high-five, so high-five to Gvibe for the innovative design. 

It’s past time that sex toy companies started designing toys that are gender-neutral (njoy Pure Vibe is another AMAZING genderless toy). 

P-spot massage is not something I find interesting (at least at the moment) so I can’t say how good it works. But judging what Leja told me about the toy, I have no doubt it works.

What I did try is massaging my balls, which was a very pleasant sensation. Also, we tried the titty fuck & blow job position they recommended (see illustrations above). Again, nice sensation but would not buy it just because of it. 

Overall, I think it’s a great toy made from high-quality material and what’s the best is its design that is made for both sexes and it has many different uses.

The charger connection is a bit clumsy but we can forgive them that.

Finale

Is it even fair to compare this vibrator to the old and worn one I had up until now? Candy Pink would obviously win by a mile. 

I liked Gvibe Candy Pink. It’s beautiful, easy to use and buttery soft. I also like all the different ways in which we can use this toy and therefore we believe it’s worth the price.
