Our experience
So far, we used the under-bed restraint a couple of times. We did not leave it under the mattress, so I had to set it up every time.
Not a big issue, it took me a few minutes.
The first time we used it, my wife laid down on the bed, face down, and in no time she was bound and restrained.
Completely helpless.
I had already prepared the vibrator, Wartenberger wheel, flogger, and the cute, small wand that we have. She did move a bit, as I was using the pinwheel, but not more than a few inches. Same with the flogger.
