It’s been a while since I reviewed a male toy so getting this one to review got me all excited.
The fact that I’m in a relationship doesn’t mean I or we would not use male toys. After all, there is a certain beauty in mutual masturbation times with Leja – with toys and without them.
The last male toy I got to review was Private Tube Tara White’s Vagina – which I liked, in reasonable amounts. The toy had its pros and cons as every toy does (okay, nJoy Pure Wand & Nova 2 were ALMOST flawless for us) but it was pleasurable to use.

Blowmotion is a new type of toy for us but it is also a new-ish type of toy – as far as I know, what’s on the market.
Innovation leads to progress – but did they achieve progress with this toy?

Box
The box is nice and neat, it’s made of hard cardboard and its design is average, nothing too crazy nor too lousy. A normal sex toy box.
Inside the box – regular stuff. A little informational booklet, a toy, and a charger.
I really appreciate it when there is a storage pouch included, so that is one small con. Where would we end up if we would keep every single box we have – absolutely nowhere.
We tend to travel and move places a lot and toys are packed in one smaller travel bag – if we kept all the toys with boxes, we would probably need 3 of those bags or one huge ass bag – the checked bag type.
Yes, toys should be cleaned before and after use but still, I don’t like having my toys on the bottom of the bag, rambling around.
The same thing goes if your toys are on the shelf, drawer, or wherever – you don’t buy them to serve you as dust collectors.
Material
Blowmotion male masturbator is made of body-safe silicone – which is a major plus. Many of the male masturbator toys are usually made of cheaper materials – which sucks.
Those toys are impossible to clean thoroughly and eventually you have to throw them out because they get that yucky smell or get some strange marks/ discoloration spots. Gross!
The part where the buttons are is made from, my best guess, ABS plastic but that’s acceptable as that part does not touch your penis.
Blowmotion shape
This toy looks like half of the capsule or something like that. The front part is made from hard plastic, while the back part is silicone.
I don’t know if the pictures can convey size properly but here it is – the toy is in total 5 inches (12.7 cm) long, and the internal part is 3.5 inches (8.9) deep/long.
The diameter of the toy? Well, the toy is wide – wider than my penis for sure. It measures 1.97 inches (5 cm).
I’d say that the majority of penis owners are not that wide, however, they weren’t aiming for it to fit you snuggly. They made it squeezable.
This way they left it upon you to decide how hard you want it or don’t want it. But I’ll get back to this in the next part.
On the inner part, on the part where the buttons are (hard plastic part), almost at the top – there is a pulsating magnet – a circle-shaped pulsating magnet.
Magnet is by my approximation a few millimeters (a little bit less than ¼ of an inch) thick.
Or, if I wanted to summarize this in one sentence – the toy is big enough to comfortably fit your hand.
Using + controlling Blowmotion Masturbator
Blowmotion has two buttons that are used to turn the toy on and off and to switch vibration modes.
The toy comes with 6 vibration modes and 6 pulsation functions, which is a decent number and all of those do a pretty good job. Actually, I’ll say it – the pulsating magnet is great.
(you can use those in combination or independently)
If I held the toy turned towards me – the magnet would be working on the front side of my penis – which did not do much for me. The toy was kinda easier to control as the buttons were facing me but that didn’t make much sense, so I turned the toy around…
And that was a whole different story – the magnet pulsating on my frenulum was total bliss – you know when it’s soo good that your eyes start twitching – it felt that good.
Since there are only two buttons, even not seeing them did not create a problem. Controlling it was still a walk in the park.
So what followed is an eye-rolling orgasm? Well…no.
Let me start from the beginning.
So I took out the bottle of Sliquid lube, laid on the couch, put some porn on and I was fucking ready for it.
I lubed myself & turned on the masturbator. It took me a few minutes to try both sides and figure out the right side. Feeling the pulsation felt wonderful.
Intuitively, I started stroking the toy – but that didn’t do much. My penis was moving up and down, away from the magnet – and what was pleasurable before, now kinda dwindled down.
On the other hand, the toy in its initial shape is too wide for me, so understandably I squeezed the silicone but that also didn’t do much.
Compared to Private Tube, or to hell with it, compared to a vagina or to anus, where everything is fit snugly around the penis – this was just not that feeling. The feeling I (we?) like.
Of course, I did not stop there. I had to find out where is that ‘’cutting edge’’ hiding.
I figured out that maybe stroking is not that action so I tried ‘’slamming’’ – well not exactly slamming my dick in it but something like pushing the dick and not pulling it out so much.
That was slightly different but it still wasn’t it. I was moving too far away from the pulsating magnet and the snug fit situation was unchanged.
The conclusion – this toy is giving a wonderful, even blissful massage with the magnet but that’s it. Several times I and we tried it, I got close but not one single time I came, let alone came in a way my eyes start rolling.
Disappointing.
Another con I have to mention is the sound level. The toy is loud – and if you plan on being discreet, as in like, use it when your partner falls asleep – forget it.
I mean, you’re not going to wake up your neighbors but I’m almost certain that you’re going to wake up your partner.
Probably, if they made it to be silent, then the pulsations would not be as strong.
Do you like using the toys in the shower, or in the bath? Well, you won’t be using this one. Blowmotion male masturbators are only splashproof. It could potentially survive showering, but not the bath.
There is also a warming function – the toy warms up when it starts pulsating. I did feel this but very slightly and certainly not to make a difference in using the toy.
Just to make it clear, my opinion here is based on 6 different uses of the toy. I don’t give up easily.
What else?
Charging this toy is simple. For two hours of charging, you get 1 hour of playtime.
Before I forget – they suggest you use water-based lubricants with this toy.
And please, do not try using the toy without a lube. I did and I was sorry. It just felt like some mellow type of sanding paper on my penis. Horrible.
Grand finale
All in all, this toy disappointed me. I expected more, after all, it is cutting-edge technology designed to take my satisfaction to the next level.
To all sex toy companies: please just fucking stop overselling your toys.
It’s such a shortsighted move. Applaud to the marketing team on such a great job – you sold the toy. What happens when folks try it and get seriously disappointed? Here’s brand trust slum-dunked into the garbage bin.
Don’t get me wrong, maybe Blowmotion surprises you, maybe it’s going to be the best toy you ever got – but I seriously doubt it.
For a price of $100, you can get other toys or maybe even two, such as Fleshlight. And please, don’t @ me now with the ‘’but it’s bad material’’ and such BS.
If you get a male toy that’s not made from body-safe silicone, which is highly likely it’s going to happen – take care of it, wash it, dry it, use the powder if you got it, and by the time the toy becomes unusable – it will be well paid off.
Unless you get something way better (& way more expensive), you’re better off buying cheaper/affordable toys and changing them every 6-8 months, with proper care.
More than anything, I urge you to not fall to the sweet words marketing people use – do your research, it’s easy. Just Google the name of the toy or if you don’t wanna do that, scroll down to the review section of the page and see what other people are saying.
Lovehoney has many more great brands in its selection, unfortunately, this Blowmotion toy is just not it.
